Writing my thesis and looking for my place

I've started Monday to write my thesis. It's about employer branding. If you want to know more, just browse in Google and your curiosity will be satisfied! That's a very interesting topic, a mix of HR, marketing, governance and it enables me to build a wide understanding of how an organization works. I hope that I'll finish with it before leaving to US, in July.

In the meanwhile, I'm looking around to try to picture my future. Many alternatives are in front of me. That's what I would like to speak about. Thanks to AIESEC I know better the external environment and there are some companies that know me and how I work and might be interested in employing me. but I'm still wondering about my place. I really think that everyone of us has its own place, a city, a country,.. where to live and work. There is one perfect place for all of us. I'm still looking for mine. I mean, I like my city, but there are few job opportunities. I like my region (Tuscany) but the mentality is too small (so many small-medium enterprises). I like my country, but there are so many problem around that I don't think living here is best for any individual. That's why I'm thinking to go abroad, finding my place somewhere around.

I don't really know where my place could be and maybe, I'll never discover it. It can be everywhere around the world, so it can be a lost of time to go around finding it: maybe I just need to take one of the opportunities that are around me and enjoy it. At this moment I don't know, I think that as soon as I finish with my exams (June hopefully), I'll start to send some CVs not just in Italy, in order to have many doors opened to find my place.

Cheers and peace!
