I love my room, but...

..it seems to not be my room anymore!
I've been lived in an other bed, in an other room for 2 years. I've never felt that room like mine, because I was there becouse of AIESEC, but I feel that I really miss it. I didn't have many spaces, but I was loving all the things like they were, even all the Matteo's clothes on the floor.
Now, I've many more spaces, but i don't feel to costumaize the room, the walls. I don't fell myself like at home. I still have many things in the box close to the door, I can't opeen it, take all the stuff that I have and put everything somewhere. I think that I'm still under shock for the change. I'm too much concentrating on studying, then thinking about how I feel. I've postponed all these thoughts to October, after summer vacation in Agoust and exams in September. But the reality slapped hard on my face and now I feel really confused.
This weekend I'll go to buy some stuff for the room, maybe starting from that I'll feel more at home and maybe I'll also feel better with myself.

  • Hi Cisco,

I hope you will get used to "normal" life very soon. I can believe it is not that easy to adapt to a changing environment but see it also as a challenge and I'm sure you will get over it! You have a lot of nice memories to keep in your hart and to share with friends.

Now you are about reaching another milestone and I wish you all the best!

    Grtz,

  • Dear brother,
I'm sure you will find a room that will fit your needs soon.
From my previous experience, I found it only after six months, and in a country so far from mine. I'm sure...you will follow some new exciting challenge but as you said in your message...it's time to concentrate on your studies, relax and appreciate your home space and start to plan a new trip... you will see that everything will come up...day by day.

Congratulation for your wonderful year leading our Association. I'm sure so many people can tell you the same.

    Con affetto

    Gianpy
