Planning is over: what's the next?

About 10 days ago the new MC team started to plan. Basically, for the people that don't know, planning is setting the objectives of the year, the activities and above everything means defining the dreams that people have.

I'm so lucky for that, because I've a great team of dreamer, that love the challenges and to try to achieve the goals. We worked very hard and I want to thank all of them for following me and for having trusted me! It was so great, an incredible leadership experience! The output of the planning was amazing, something unbelievable.

Now Laura (one of my team mate) and me are preparing a national conference and tomorrow we'll move to Catania to deliver it! It's gonna be my first conference with the new team and as MCP.. a lot of feelings are passing through my mind but the most frequency one is happiness!

Life is changes, so lets change!
