A new AIESEC XP had been started

I guess that not so many of you are aware of the fact that an AIESEC term starts on the 1st of July and considering that since 11 day I'm the new president of AIESEC in Italy. I know, that sounds great and I'm really excited about that!

The transition in June was amazing: 20 people under the same roof, learning, passing experiences and enjoying so much the time together. We had several parties and our lovely neighbor Wagner was so happy about that! We had an historical match against our alumni. It's something that happens every year: alumni against current and elect MCs. We won 8-4 and we received the "Trofeo Noci" for the second time (we won also the previous year!).

Everything ended with the transition party in the night between 30th of June and 1st of July.. there were much more people in the house and we had so much fun! That was my last time as Vice President and my last time with my previous team. I want to take the chance to say thanks to all of them: they were so great both as friend that as colleague. We had so many amazing moments together that I'm sure I'll remember for all my life. Thank to all of you my dear friends: thanks Federico, thanks Ozlem, thanks Simona, thanks Chike, thanks Eugenio, thanks Luigi, thanks Rubens, thanks Ferruccio.. I miss all of you!

Anyway life goes on and you can't spend too much time in reflecting and thinking at the past, that the future is already in front of you! Exactly, a new year started, a new team to lead, new house mates to know deeper, new rules, new ideas, new dreams. In the last 11 days we made so many things that seems to be passed 1 month to me!

We cleaned and painted all the house in via Andora 4. It was great, we had so much fun and we had the chance to customize all the house. Now we feel this place like our house and we really like to live here! We started to know each other better and have nice talk about everything. It was amazing to see how we are on the same wave of thought on many things. Now we have started our planning process and from tomorrow there will be also all part time members: 6 more crazy people in the same place! I think that I'll freaky out very soon!

It's such a great opportunity to lead this group and to have this great chance of personal development. I really love this opportunity that I took and I'm sure that I'll never regret these 365 days more that I'll pass in this house: I'm sure that they will be the best days of my life!
